We walk our talk, which is why we resolutely choose fresh ingredients, grown with love on our own soil. In this way, we contribute to reducing our ecological footprint. This in turn bears fruit in the pockets of our local farmers.

Nobi does indeed serve the irresistibly delicious Holyshot Juice with ginger, turmeric and pineapple, or the incomparable Loaded Potato with creamy guacamole. Even though our sun has been working overtime more and more in recent years, our North Sea is not yet a tropical destination full of swaying palms. This is why we choose exotic flavorings with an organic tourist visa whenever possible.
