What will you do?
You are the spark that ignites the nobi flame in everyone. Careful, don't overdo it, we don't want to start a fire, lol.
As chief, you are the soul of nobi Waasland Shopping. Your energy arises from a flawless flow that guarantees the nobi experience. For this you regularly grab from your resourcefulness.
You are the person with final responsibility, but also prepare delicious meals yourself. Your contagious enthusiasm gives drive to yourself, the team and the location. Nobi is definitely a calling for you.
A purebred entrepreneur lurks behind your biggest smile. You drive the five-star reviews into the air every day and make nobi the place to be!
You build a strong bond within the tribe in Sint-Niklaas and with the other tribes in the country. Together with the assistant chief, you will connect and inspire people. You teach them that 1 + 1 = 3. Thanks to you, they too can be the best version of themselves.
You come home satisfied when both clients and colleagues walk out with raised corners of their mouths.
Your mindset
An education is not a requirement, but we want to sense a born leader and motivator in you. A burning fire with experience in hospitality or retail.
You do want customers to be healthier from our food: safety and hygiene are key for you. You know these laws and regulations inside out (possibly after your training).
Connecting people, motivating them and helping them grow into the best version of themselves gives you so much energy that you shine. Every day again. Of course we don't expect you to be a superhero.
