Ingredients

- 60 g chia seeds
- 550 ml coconut milk
- 2 pears
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- a handful of blueberries
- Nuts, freely chosen (walnuts, pistachios, hazelnuts, pecans, cashews, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, and optionally other fruits for garnish

Make sure to always indicate the preparation step by step

- Mix the coconut milk, honey, chia seeds, vanilla sugar, and sea salt in a large bowl. Stir the mixture well.
- Peel the pears, remove the core, and cut them into small pieces. Add the pear pieces to the chia mixture along with the blueberries. Gently stir the fruits into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into glasses. Let it set in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, but preferably overnight.
- Add the nuts and optionally other fruits before serving.
