Ingredients

- 2 medium ripe bananas. Bananas with brown spots are ideal
- 140 g oat flakes
- 350 ml of vegetable milk (oats, almond, coconut...)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ΒΌ tsp salt
- Coconut oil, vegan butter or olive oil for baking
- Your favorite toppings: e.g. maple syrup, pomegranate seeds, honey, nut butter, fresh fruit or jam

Make sure to always indicate the preparation step by step

- Combine the bananas, oat flakes, milk, honey and vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt. Let stand for 10 min.
- Then blend in a high-powered blender until smooth.
- Fry thick pancakes from the batter in a pan with oil or vegan butter. Cook them over medium heat until nicely golden brown on each side.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
